#ArbeitenBeiDaVita: Das erwartet Dich

• Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für komplexe IT-Projekte mit dem Schwerpunkt Cloud-Migration und Infrastruktur-Automatisierung.
• Du planst, steuerst und begleitest Migrationsprojekte in moderne Cloud-Umgebungen wie Microsoft Azure, AWS oder Google Cloud.
• Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Teams nachhaltige Migrationsstrategien und bewertest unterschiedliche Ansätze wie Rehost, Refactor oder Rearchitect.
• Du treibst den Ausbau von Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD-Pipelines und modernen Automatisierungslösungen aktiv voran.
• Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für Workflow-Automatisierungen und unterstützt bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen wie N8N und ähnlichen Technologien.
• Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern und sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation aller Projektbeteiligten.
• Du behältst Projektfortschritte, Risiken, Ressourcen und Budgets im Blick und leitest daraus geeignete Maßnahmen ab.
• Du moderierst Dailies, Plannings, Reviews und Retrospektiven und unterstützt die Zusammenarbeit nach agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban.
• Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und gestaltest gemeinsam mit dem Team moderne, effiziente und skalierbare IT-Prozesse.
• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Infrastruktur-, Security- und Applikationsteams zusammen und bringst Deine Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft ein.

#TeamDaVita: Das bringst Du mit

• Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement und hast idealerweise bereits Cloud- oder Infrastrukturprojekte erfolgreich geleitet.
• Du bringst ein solides technisches Verständnis für Cloud-Plattformen wie Microsoft Azure, AWS oder Google Cloud mit.
• Themen wie Infrastructure as Code, Automatisierung und moderne Deployment-Prozesse begeistern Dich.
• Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Tools wie Terraform, Ansible, N8N oder vergleichbaren Lösungen gesammelt.
• Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2 oder Scrum Master) sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
• Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken und eine pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick.
