Aufgaben

• Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur des Unternehmens im Rahmen einer hybriden IT-Landschaft
• Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer Applikationen und Systeme
• Überwachung und Optimierung der IT-Umgebung in Bezug auf Kosten, Performance und Security
• Migration von Systemen in die Cloud und Integration in bestehende Systeme
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung IT-Richtlinien und Best Practices
• Identifikation von Ursachen und Troubleshooting bei technischen Problemen
• 1st- und 2nd-Level Support für die Use

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (w/m/d), abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik o.ä.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration und Optimierung von IT-Umgebungen (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Know-how im Umgang mit Hybrid-Cloud-Szenarien
• Kenntnisse in der Integration von Infrastrukturen in die Cloud
• Analytische, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
• Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsgefühl und Eigeninitiative
