Das Unternehmen unterstützt Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen bei der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Zertifizierung von Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen (ISMS) nach ISO/IEC 27001 und BSI IT-Grundschutz. Durch die Verbindung von strategischer Beratung, technischem Know-how und praxisnaher Umsetzung begleitet es Organisationen dabei, ihre Informationssicherheit nachhaltig zu stärken und regulatorische Anforderungen erfolgreich zu erfüllen.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams beim Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen ISMS-Spezialist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Audit und Netzwerksicherheit.

Aufgaben

• Sie gestalten, implementieren und entwickeln Informationssicherheits-Managementsysteme (ISMS) kontinuierlich weiter und tragen maßgeblich zur nachhaltigen Etablierung von Informationssicherheit in der Organisation bei.
• Sie planen, koordinieren und begleiten interne sowie externe Audits und unterstützen Zertifizierungsverfahren zur Sicherstellung regulatorischer und normativer Anforderungen.
• Sie führen Schutzbedarfs-, Risiko- und Schwachstellenanalysen durch und leiten daraus zielgerichtete Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung ab.
• Sie entwickeln und optimieren Richtlinien, Prozesse und Sicherheitskonzepte und schaffen damit die Grundlage für eine wirksame Sicherheitsgovernance.
• Sie analysieren bestehende Strukturen und Prozesse anhand von Gap-Analysen und Reifegradbewertungen und identifizieren Potenziale zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
• Sie beraten Führungskräfte und Fachbereiche kompetent zu Themen rund um Informationssicherheit, Compliance, Governance und Business Continuity Management.
• Sie begleiten die Auswahl, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Sicherheitslösungen und unterstützen deren erfolgreichen Betrieb innerhalb der IT-Landschaft.
• Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheitsstrategie mit und tragen dazu bei, die Resilienz der Organisation nachhaltig zu stärken.

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, IT-Sicherheit, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Informationssicherheit mit.
• Sie haben bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Umfeld von Informationssicherheitsmanagement, Governance, Risk & Compliance oder Cyber Security gesammelt und fühlen sich in komplexen Organisationsstrukturen ebenso wohl wie im direkten Austausch mit Stakeholdern.
• Die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Informationssicherheitsstandards gehört zu Ihrem beruflichen Alltag. Dabei überzeugen Sie durch ein tiefes Verständnis für etablierte Frameworks und Best Practices.
• Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits Audit- oder Zertifizierungsprojekte begleiten und kennen die Anforderungen an nachhaltige Compliance und wirksame Sicherheitsprozesse aus erster Hand.
• Zusätzliche Qualifikationen und Zertifizierungen im Bereich Informationssicherheit unterstreichen Ihre fachliche Expertise und Ihren Anspruch an kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.
