Lead Full-Stack Developer
Our team is seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join us in our mission to revolutionize the way people interact with technology. As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will lead a team of developers, collaborate with product owners, and provide leadership to the development process. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain complex applications using the latest technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers and collaborate with product owners to ensure the development process is aligned with business goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using the latest technologies, including React, Node.js, and Python.
- Contribute to the development of new features, improve existing features, and ensure seamless integration with the overall product.
- Work closely with designers and product managers to understand user needs and translate those needs into intuitive and functional designs.
- Ensure code quality and maintain efficient, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the codebase.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in the Full-Stack development space.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development, including experience with JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to work independently and effectively.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including experience with Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with version control systems, including Git, and familiarity with command-line interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with front-end development using frameworks like Angular, Ember, or Vue.js.
- Experience with mobile app development using frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
- Experience with database management, including familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with server-side development using frameworks like Express.js or Django.
