Job Description

Outreach Kitchen is an AI-powered recruitment platform for fine dining restaurants. We help Michelin-starred kitchens find and hire top chefs without expensive agencies. We're looking for a part-time sales lead to help us acquire our first customers. Role: \- Own prospecting, demos, and closing for restaurant clients \- Build our initial sales process and messaging \- 5-10 hours/week, flexible schedule \- Remote, async-friendly Compensation: \- $500/mo retainer + 20% uncapped commission on all revenue you close \- Expected total comp: $25-50+/hr depending on performance \- Base increases to $1,500/mo once we hit $5K MRR together \- At $15K+ MRR: full-time role conversation with equity on the table \- Commission is recurring — you earn on every customer every month, not just the first payment Note: This role includes commission-based compensation. The retainer provides a guaranteed base, and commission is uncapped on top.
