Die GECO GmbH mit Sitz in Zittau verfügt über ein deutschlandweites Filialnetz im Bereich Tabak, Tabakzubehör, Presseartikeln, Lotto und Deutsche Post.

Die GECO GmbH wurde 2010 gegründet und hat derzeit 112 Filialen.

Für unsere Verkaufsregionen in Berlin und Umland suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Gebietsleiter (m/w/d) auf Vollzeitbasis.

Aufgaben

• Betreuung von ca. 12 Filialen
• Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung und Teamführung
• Personalrekrutierung
• Organisation und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
• Einhaltung und Überwachung der arbeitsrechtlichen Bestimmungen
• Warendisposition
• Umsetzung der Jugendschutz-, Sucht- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
• Werbung und aktive Verkaufsförderung / Motivationsaktivitäten am P.O.S.
• Aktive Shop-/Filialoptimierung
• Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen Wachstums unter Berücksichtigung der Umsatzziele
• Umsatz-, Kosten- und Ertragsverantwortung im Verkaufsgebiet
• Vorbereitung, Roll Out und Inbetriebnahme neuer Filialstandorte
• Kontaktpflege zu wichtigen Geschäftspartnern, u.a. zu Geschäftsführern m/w/d und Hausleitern m/w/d auf den Mietflächen, Vermietern m/w/d, LOTTO-Ansprechpartnern m/w/d, Deutsche Post-Ansprechpartnern m/w/d, Pressevertrieb-Ansprechpartnern m/w/d, Tabakwarenlieferanten

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich Personalführung.
• Sie sind in Sachen Kundenfreundlichkeit ein Vorbild für Ihre Mitarbeiter.
• Sie verfügen über gute Kassensystem- und EDV-Kenntnisse.
• Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
• Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter m/w zu führen und zu motivieren.
• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung o. ä.
• Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Kenntnisse/Erfahrungen in verantwortlicher Tätigkeit im Bereich Tabak- und Pressewaren sowie des LOTTO- und Deutsche Post-Geschäftes erwerben können.
