Zur Unterstützung unserer aktuellen Expansion suchen wir momentan einen Freelance Remote Recruiter (m/w/d) für Active Sourcing und Vorauswahlgespräche.
Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Active Sourcing zur Identifikation geeigneter Kandidaten für selbständige Handelsvertreterpositionen
- Führung von Vorauswahlgesprächen mit potenziellen Bewerbern
- Bewertung und Vorauswahl der Kandidaten für die Oikos Group (am meisten für Bien-Zenker, Hanse Haus, Living Haus) und Kandidatenpflege in unserem ATS (Softgarden)
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem HV Recruiting Team für Themen wie Employer Branding oder Projektarbeit.
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und in der Durchführung von Vorauswahlgesprächen, idealerweise im Bereich Bauwesen oder Fertighausindustrie.
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, um effektiv mit potenziellen Kandidaten zu interagieren.
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig und remote zu arbeiten, mit einer ausgeprägten Eigenmotivation und Organisationsfähigkeit.
- Kenntnisse moderner Rekrutierungstools und -plattformen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit sozialen Medien zur Talentakquise.
- Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit, um in einem dynamischen und wachstumsorientierten Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren.
