Diese Position ist für unsere Gesellschaft Medialine EuroTrade AG zu besetzen.

Aufgaben
Wir suchen ab sofort für eine unserer deutschlandweiten Niederlassungen Unterstützung für das gruppenweite Recruiting-Team. Du fungierst als interner Dienstleister unserer Gesellschaften und bist für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess von der Bewerberauswahl bis zur Übergabe in das Onboarding zuständig. Dies behinhaltet folgende Tätigkeiten:
- bedarfsgerechte Personalgewinnung in den Branchen IT und Telekommunikation
- zielgruppenspezifische proaktive Ansprache potenzieller Kandidaten in geeigneten Portalen / Social Media Netzwerken
- Schaltung und Pflege unserer Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Plattformen und auf unserer Homepage
- Unterstützung des Recruiting-Teams bei der Vorauswahl von eingehenden Bewerbungen
- erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kandidaten, Fachabteilungen, Gesellschaften und externen Dienstleister
- Übernahme von administrativen Tätigkeiten und internen Projekten (beispielsweise KPI Reporting, Unterstützung beim Personalmarketing, Datenpflege im Bewerbermanagementsystem, Terminvereinbarungen, etc.)
- Identifikation neuer Recruitingmaßnahmen
Qualifikation
- erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting von IT-Fachpersonal, Active Sourcing von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Recruiting-Tools und im Führen von (Telefon-) Interviews ist wünschenswert
- Spaß an der Entwicklung kreativer Ideen zur Kandidatengewinnung, sowie eine hohe Affinität zu neuen Medien
- gutes IT-Verständnis bzw. Interesse an aktuellen IT-Themen
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- genaue, eigenständige und vertrauensvolle Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsgeschick und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Reisebereitschaft: 1x wöchentlich im Büro; nach Bedarf deutschlandweite Standortbesuche, zu gruppenweiten Events und Teilnahme an Recruiting-Veranstaltungen
- sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
