Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, including sales, marketing, product, and customer service teams
- Develop and maintain data-driven strategies that support business goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and decision makers
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to senior management
- Manage data sources and ensure data quality
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to present data insights
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure and tools to support data analysis and reporting
- Lead the development of data analysis processes and procedures to ensure data-driven decision-making
- Provide training and support to junior analysts and data scientists
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of SQL, Python, and R
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
- Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik Sense
- Experience working with marketing, sales, and product teams
- Experience working with customer service teams
