Position Overview
The Senior Full-Stack Developer role is designed for individuals with advanced skills in React and Python, who are looking to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the tech industry. This role requires candidates with a strong background in front-end and back-end development, as well as a solid understanding of web development frameworks and tools.
Responsibilities
- Work on complex and high-traffic web applications using React and Python frameworks.
- Lead and mentor junior developers in the team, guiding them on best practices and project management techniques.
- Perform technical research and analysis on emerging technologies to keep up with industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure codebases.
- Conduct performance testing and optimization of web applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on code quality and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development tools, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end and back-end development with a strong understanding of web development frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in React and Python programming languages.
- Experience with database management and querying technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with deployment and infrastructure management tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with web application testing and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern web development frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or Ember.js.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with mobile app development using technologies such as React Native or NativeScript.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js or Ruby on Rails.
