Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and implement efficient database solutions using PostgreSQL or similar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of user-friendly and intuitive web applications using React and Redux.
- Implement secure coding practices, including but not limited to HTTPS, JWT, and OAuth2.
- Conduct performance testing and optimization of applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including database and application errors.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the full stack development space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on backend and frontend development.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Strong understanding of React and Redux, with hands-on experience in building complex applications.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other SQL-based databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
