- Lead projects: The candidate will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and testing.

Requirements
- Programming experience: A strong understanding of programming languages, including Java, Python, or C++, is required.
- Experience with software development methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills: The candidate must be able to identify and solve complex problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills: The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: The candidate must be able to work independently on software development projects and also work effectively as part of a team.

Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, we require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in software development: Previous experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is preferred.
- Strong technical skills: The candidate must have a strong technical foundation, including experience with software development frameworks and tools, such as React, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with project management: Experience with project management tools, such as Jira or Asana, is preferred.
