Full Stack Developer
Position Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that run on both the front-end and back-end of a website or mobile application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions that meet the business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement user interfaces that are both accessible and visually appealing
- Develop and maintain the backend of web and mobile applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with the front-end developer to ensure a seamless user experience across both platforms
- Build and integrate APIs to facilitate communication between the front-end and back-end components of a project
- Conduct performance testing and identify areas for optimization
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to the project's coding standards and best practices
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements for the application
- Participate in peer reviews and provide feedback to help improve the quality of the codebase
- Contribute to the development of the application by taking on additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with a variety of programming languages and frameworks (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java)
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, Node.js, Express.js, React, Angular, Django, Ruby on Rails)
- Experience with databases and database management systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Mocha, Selenium, Karma)
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools (e.g. Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
