Technical Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Design High-Performance Applications: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-performance software applications that meet our clients' needs.
- Implement Agile Development Practices: Apply Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and iterative development of products that meet client requirements.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Share best practices and implement improvements to enhance the development process, including using modern tools and technologies.
- Lead and Coach Developers: Mentor junior developers, provide guidance, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Engage with clients, designers, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of project goals.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development to provide valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications:
- Computer Science or related degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer: Proven experience in software development is essential, with a focus on backend and front-end technologies.
- Experience with JavaScript, React, and Angular: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Angular is required. Knowledge of Node.js and other related technologies is a plus.
- Experience with Python: Expert knowledge in Python is essential, including working with Django and Flask frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control: Experience with Git and version control systems is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills: Must have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for technology.
- Ability to Lead and Coach: Must be able to lead and mentor a team of developers and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
