Job Title: Full Stack Developer - React and Python
#### Overview:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust and scalable applications using these technologies, ensuring seamless integration across different platforms and systems. This position offers a collaborative environment where creativity and technical excellence are encouraged.
#### Responsibilities:
- Backend Development: Develop and maintain the backend using Python, focusing on server-side development with a focus on RESTful APIs.
- Frontend Development: Utilize React for the frontend development, ensuring smooth user experience and responsiveness across various devices.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend and frontend systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly.
- Testing and Deployment: Write unit tests and perform integration testing to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for both frontend and backend components.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the development team in implementing best practices and staying updated with the latest technologies.
#### Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React and React Native for frontend development.
- Experience with Python and Django for backend development.
- Strong understanding of web development principles, including routing, state management, and component-based design.
- Proficient in version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Node.js and Express for server-side development.
- Knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript for front-end development.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Previous role in a development team that manages multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
#### Background:
- Location: Remote work is preferred, but we will consider in-office locations as well.
- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
