Responsibilities:
Frontend Development:
- Design and implement intuitive and responsive web interfaces.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of user experience.
- Debug and optimize front-end code to enhance performance and user experience.
- Utilize modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React and Vue.js.
- Implement responsive design techniques and best practices for mobile, tablet, and desktop browsers.
Backend Development:
- Develop and maintain robust server-side applications using Node.js and Express.
- Implement secure and scalable backend solutions for API endpoints.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB to ensure data integrity and efficient retrieval.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript and Node.js.
- Implement security measures such as authentication, authorization, and input validation.
Full Stack Integration:
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to ensure a cohesive and functional user experience.
- Develop APIs that integrate seamlessly with the front-end application.
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability of the backend and frontend.
- Implement performance optimization techniques to ensure the system can handle high traffic volumes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end and back-end development.
Project Management:
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Attend sprint planning meetings to plan and execute tasks.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a tech company or startup.
- Proven experience with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in at least one front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with at least one back-end framework such as Node.js, Express, or Django.
- Proficient in at least one database management system such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Proficient in front-end and back-end testing methodologies such as TDD, BDD, and unit testing.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end development best practices, including responsive design and performance optimization.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
