Aufgaben

Was Dich erwartet

Als Mitglied in unserem Produktentwicklungsteam übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle als Programmierer im Frontend und Backend.

• Full Stack Development: Du wirst in den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus unserer Finanzplattform eingebunden – von der ersten Architektur-Idee bis zum GoLive von Web-Anwendungen.
• Feature Engineering & KI: Du lernst, wie man innovative Features rund um den Börsenhandel entwickelt und wie moderne KI-Tools genutzt werden, um smarten und effizienten Code zu schreiben.
• Systemoptimierung: Du unterstützt und entwickelst unserer Finanzplattform im Front und Backend und optimierst alle unternehmensinternen Prozesse sowie Algorithmen.
• Agiles Arbeiten & Impact: In einer dynamischen Startup-Umgebung gestaltest Du unseren Scrum-Prozess aktiv mit – vom Planning bis zur Retrospektive. Du siehst sofort, wie Dein Code den Vermögensaufbau unserer Kunden beeinflusst.

Qualifikation

Wir gehen davon aus, dass Du ein Experte in deinem Themenbereich sein willst und bereit dafür bist, sich konstant weiterzuentwickeln - auch bei herausfordernden Aufgaben findest Du schnelle Lösungen und überzeugst mit starken Ideen.

• Tech-DNA & Begeisterung: Programmieren ist für Dich mehr als nur ein Buzzword. Du hast erste eigene Projekte mit den Technologien wie JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS gebaut.
• Hands-on-Mentalität: Du hast Bock, Dinge anzupacken. Auch wenn Du mal nicht weiterweißt, suchst Du selbstständig nach Lösungen und zeigst Eigeninitiative.
• Lernhunger & Ownership: Du willst Dich konstant weiterentwickeln, Verantwortung für Deine Lernfortschritte übernehmen und in unserem High-Performance-Team schnell wachsen.
• Sprachen: Dein Deutsch ist auf gutem Konversationsniveau (mindestens B2). Dein Englisch ist gut für Konversationen.
