Full Stack Developer - React, Python, and Backend Development
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, Python, and backend development to join our growing team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that drive the application and services of our products. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, functional, and scalable solutions. Your technical skills, combined with your problem-solving abilities, will help you deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React and Python, with a focus on backend development using Node.js and Django.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet business needs.
- Work with the engineering team to create and maintain high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code that follows our coding standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in full-stack development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development and testing.
- Contribute to the development of the product roadmap and be a part of the product vision.
- Work closely with the product team to understand business needs and translate them into clear, functional, and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and secure applications.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development using React, Python, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with backend development using Python and Django.
- Knowledge of front-end development with React and experience with other JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
- Proficiency in databases and knowledge of database design principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience with continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with front-end development frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
- Experience with frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress) is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI) is a plus.
- Experience with web security and knowledge of OWASP guidelines is a plus.
- Knowledge of mobile development with React Native or experience with other mobile frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with design systems and knowledge of design patterns is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and experience with profiling tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) is a plus.
- Experience with API design and knowledge of RESTful architecture is a plus.
Location:
Remote (but open to local candidates within a 10-mile radius).
Salary:
