Head of Digital Marketing
The Head of Digital Marketing is a key executive position within our company, responsible for overseeing and leading the digital marketing efforts across all key channels, including social media, search engine optimization, and email marketing. This individual will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, improving website traffic, increasing customer engagement, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Lead a team of digital marketers responsible for executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing.
- Create and manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with other business activities.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, videos, and other digital assets.
- Manage and optimize the company's social media presence, including platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, ensuring personalized and effective messaging.
- Evaluate and recommend new digital marketing technologies and tools for the team to use.
- Lead the team in implementing digital marketing best practices and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior executive role within a digital marketing department.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong ability to lead and motivate a team of digital marketers.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to create and implement marketing strategies that effectively increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to execution.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Campaign.
- Ability to lead a diverse team, including managing remote workers and working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.
