As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of innovative software solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. This position requires a strong foundation in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript, with experience in using frameworks like Angular, React, and Node.js. You must have a solid understanding of software development methodologies and be proficient in testing and debugging techniques to ensure the quality of the products you create. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly recommended, but work experience is also valued. We are looking for someone who not only understands the technical aspects but also can effectively communicate with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions that meet client requirements.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of software projects.
- Debug and fix software issues in a timely manner to maintain the quality of the product.
- Contribute to the development of software tools and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development team.
- Assist in the creation of user manuals and other documentation to ensure that clients understand how to use the software.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure that code follows the best practices and is of high quality.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code that is easy to read and understand.
- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage changes to code and collaborate with team members.
- Be proficient in operating systems, database management systems, and other technical tools commonly used in software development.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing software using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, Angular, React, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Proficient in debugging and testing techniques to ensure the quality of the software.
- Experience in working with testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Experience in working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience in working with database management systems.
- Experience in working with user interface design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Experience in working with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Experience in working with operating systems, databases, and other technical tools commonly used in software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Work experience in software development, preferably in a similar role.
- Exposure to software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
