Job Position: Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain the backend of web applications using languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Implement RESTful APIs using frameworks like Flask, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless data flow between layers.
- Optimize backend performance and scalability.
2. Frontend Development:
- Develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work closely with designers to create intuitive and responsive designs.
- Implement modern front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
3. Database Management:
- Design and implement scalable database solutions using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Write efficient SQL queries and database scripts to handle large data volumes.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing best practices.
4. Cross-Platform Development:
- Develop cross-platform applications using tools like React Native or Flutter.
- Ensure applications run seamlessly across multiple devices and operating systems.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create a unified user experience.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Write unit tests and integration tests using Python, Java, or JavaScript frameworks.
- Conduct automated testing and manual testing to ensure applications meet quality standards.
- Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
6. Project Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage projects, set timelines, and track progress.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
7. Documentation and Training:
- Create detailed project documentation and user manuals.
- Provide training to junior developers and help them adapt to the team’s technical practices.
- Continuously improve the development process by learning from feedback and new technologies.
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Python, Java, C++).
- Strong understanding of web development principles and front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest, Jest).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing technology trends.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with blockchain technologies.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with distributed systems and messaging protocols (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
