Job Title: Full Stack Developer - React & Node.js Expert

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop High-Performance Web Applications: Utilize React.js and Node.js for creating efficient and scalable web applications. Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the developed applications.
- Develop and Maintain the Backend: Utilize Node.js to develop and maintain the backend of the applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Understand and implement best practices for database management and optimization.
- Frontend Development: Work with front-end developers to ensure consistent design across the entire application. Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces.
- Integration and Testing: Collaborate with the testing team to integrate and test the applications, ensuring they meet the required standards for quality and functionality.
- Documentation and Communication: Write clear and concise documentation for the team and clients, ensuring that the developers and the clients are well-informed about the applications' features and functionality.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in React.js and Node.js, knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and basic backend development knowledge.
- 2+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on React and Node.js. Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git and version control, experience with popular front-end and back-end tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Remote or remote work with occasional travel to the company's office.
