Responsibilities:
1. Software Development:
- Design and implement new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain complex software systems.
2. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure software quality.
- Write and execute test cases to validate the software’s functionality and performance.
- Identify and document defects to improve application reliability.
3. Problem Solving:
- Analyze and diagnose complex software issues.
- Troubleshoot software bugs and provide effective solutions.
- Provide timely updates and support to the development team and stakeholders.
4. Documentation:
- Create detailed technical documentation and user guides.
- Maintain and update documentation to ensure the software is easy to understand and use.
5. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Actively seek feedback and suggestions to improve the software and processes.
Required Skills:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript, React, and Vue.js.
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Node.js, and Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with backend languages such as Python, Java, and Go.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, including SQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with API development and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in a similar role.
- Certifications: Certified in JavaScript or equivalent.
- Certifications: Certified in DevOps or equivalent.
