Position Overview
At our growing startup, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the technical direction and building out our innovative solutions. A Full Stack Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust backend APIs using modern web technologies: You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. You will work closely with frontend developers and designers to ensure seamless data integration and efficient performance.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to create interactive, responsive web applications: You will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will ensure that these applications are compatible across different browsers and devices.
- Implement and optimize database queries: You will work with the database team to optimize queries and improve database performance, ensuring that our applications are fast and efficient.
- Develop and maintain automated testing and deployment pipelines: You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining automated testing and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI. You will ensure that our development process is efficient and reliable.
- Work with product managers to define and prioritize technical requirements: You will work closely with product managers to ensure that the technical requirements of our projects are clear, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
- Provide clear and concise technical documentation: You will be responsible for creating clear and comprehensive technical documentation for both frontend and backend developers, ensuring that our developers can easily understand and work with our codebase.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies: You will be responsible for regularly staying up-to-date with the latest web technologies, best practices, and emerging trends in the industry. You will share your knowledge with the team and contribute to the development of new tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Strong background in software development: You will need to have a strong background in software development, with a demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. You should have a solid understanding of software development principles and practices, including Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React: You will need to have strong proficiency in JavaScript and React, as well as a good understanding of related technologies such as Redux, GraphQL, and Webpack.
- Experience with backend technologies: You will need to have experience with modern backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills: You will need to have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Experience with database management: You will need to have experience with database management, including SQL queries and database optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills: You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills
