Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing the development of software solutions across our applications, ensuring quality, and leading the team to success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of full-stack applications, ensuring the integration of frontend and backend components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and technical guides
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members, ensuring code is clean, efficient, and follows best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Act as a technical mentor, guiding and coaching team members on best practices and technical knowledge
- Be a technical leader, overseeing project scope, timelines, and budget adherence
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective communication and progress tracking
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that exceed their expectations
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Lead the development of new features and integrations to improve the functionality and performance of existing applications
- Contribute to the development of reusable components and frameworks to enhance the team's ability to deliver projects quickly and efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with at least 2 years as a Lead Developer
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a wide range of front-end technologies
- Experience with TypeScript, React, or Angular
- Experience with Node.js, MongoDB, or other backend technologies
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
