Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the back-end and front-end of our applications, using modern technologies and design patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features and services.
- Contribute to the development of our software architecture and design principles, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Continuously improve and optimize the performance of our web applications, using tools and techniques like A/B testing and load testing.
- Develop and maintain secure, reliable, and efficient software systems that meet our clients' needs.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the code.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and software engineering, and translate that knowledge into actionable insights for our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a wide range of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Django.
- Knowledge of database management systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
