Lead Full-Stack Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our web applications, mobile platforms, and backend systems. You will be the key figure in driving innovation and ensuring that our products are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and direction on technical decisions and project management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as design, product, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Develop and maintain complex web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React and Angular, alongside robust back-end technologies like Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient systems using cutting-edge technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Analyze user needs and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to guide the design process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating best practices into your development efforts.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure a smooth and cohesive user experience across all platforms.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Continuously improve your skills by participating in training programs and attending conferences.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within scope and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with engineering and support teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer, including experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Proficient in at least one front-end framework (React/Angular) and one back-end technology (Node.js/Express.js).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience with TypeScript, SQL, and databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
