Key Responsibilities:

5. Maintain and Enhance Existing Products: Ensure that existing products are maintained and improved to meet the changing needs of the market and the users.
6. Contribute to the Technical Design of the Company: Contribute to the technical design of the company, ensuring that the architecture is scalable, secure, and efficient.
7. Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with other departments, such as Product Management, Design, and Sales, to ensure that the product meets the business needs and user requirements.
8. Build and Maintain a Strong Technical Team: Lead and mentor the team, ensuring that the team is skilled and motivated.
9. Participate in Technical Strategy and Planning: Participate in the development of technical strategies and plans, ensuring that the team is aligned with the company's overall goals.
10. Stay Current with Emerging Technologies: Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and leverage this knowledge to improve the product and the team's performance.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Full-Stack development.
3. Skills: Strong understanding of Full-Stack development, knowledge of React, Python, and any relevant technologies.
4. Certifications: Certifications in Agile development, project management, and technical leadership.
5. Other: Proven experience in leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
