Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer - React, Node.js, and Modern JavaScript

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex web applications: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain highly scalable and performant web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Ensure applications are intuitive, responsive, and meet performance and accessibility standards.
- Participate in the design and architecture of the company’s products: Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand user needs and translate them into effective designs and solutions. Participate in the design and architecture of the company’s products, ensuring a cohesive and scalable system.
- Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities: Work on creating new features and functionalities that enhance user experience and improve product performance. This includes working on both frontend and backend components, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of existing applications: Continuously review and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability. Collaborate with other developers to identify and implement improvements to existing codebases.
- Collaborate with the development team: Work closely with the development team to ensure that the highest quality standards are met, and that the team is well-supported throughout the development process.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers: Offer technical guidance and support to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge in the areas of React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in technology: Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends in technology, including React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript development. This will help you identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in your field.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript: A solid understanding of these technologies is essential, as you'll be working on projects that heavily rely on them.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular, Vue.js, or Svelte, is highly desirable.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development: Experience with both front-end and back-end development is essential, as you'll be working on projects that involve both frontend and backend components.
- Strong problem-solving skills: You should be able to identify and solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, both verbally and in writing.
