Position: Full-Time Web Developer
We are seeking a full-time Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will require you to take ownership of the development and maintenance of our company's website and web applications, ensuring they are accessible, functional, and user-friendly. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our brand is easily recognizable and consistently aligned with our brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement website layouts and user interfaces.
- Develop and test web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to develop effective solutions.
- Ensure website functionality meets usability standards and complies with accessibility requirements.
- Maintain and update existing web applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Participate in the development of new web projects from concept to launch.
- Work on small and large projects with a high level of independence and efficiency.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and write technical documentation for new and existing products.
- Attend product development meetings to provide input on design and development processes.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, project plans, and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in web development, preferably with a focus on front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Ruby.
- Experience with web application development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Django.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
