Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer/Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and implement the front-end and back-end of web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, technologies, and libraries.
- Collaborate with designers, UX/UI experts, and other developers to design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible.
- Contribute to the development of complex web applications that integrate various components and databases.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to the design and development of new features, and continuously improve the quality of the codebase.
- Utilize version control systems like Git to manage changes and collaborate with team members.
- Implement security measures, including authentication, authorization, and encryption, to protect the web application.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in web development technologies and contribute to the team’s knowledge.
- Participate in the architecture and planning of new projects, and provide input on project scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in front-end and back-end web development, including the ability to work with modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with a strong knowledge of modern web standards and practices.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: React, Angular, Vue.js, or a similar framework.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Node.js, Express.js, or similar backend development frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for learning and implementing new technologies, with a willingness to embrace new tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with testing and debugging tools like JUnit, Jest, or similar.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
