Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest die Asset-Creation der Kundenprojekte im Design Team kreativ und organisatorisch - von der Konzeption über die Asset-Creation bis zur Qualitätssicherung der finalen Ads
• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Performance Marketing Team und bei Bedarf auch mit Kunden entwickelst du kreative Konzepte, die nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern auch gut auf Social Media performen
• Du bringst das Team voran: Kapazitätsplanung, Feedback auf Creatives und die Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards gehören zu deinem Daily Business
• Du gehst auch selbst in die Creation, designst eigene Static Ads und bringst deine kreative Handschrift ein
• Du bist offen für AI-Tools und hast Lust, das Thema aktiv im Team voranzutreiben

Qualifikation

• Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kreativbereich, idealerweise im Social Media Umfeld
• Konzeptionelles Denken liegt dir: Du verstehst Marketing nicht nur visuell, sondern hast auch ein Gefühl für Strategie, Zielgruppen und Trends
• Du bist organisiert, kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch und Englisch und arbeitest gern im Team, mit Kunden und cross-funktional
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud sowie Figma sind für dich selbstverständlich
