#### About the Role:
The Full Stack Developer - React.js Backend position is a pivotal role within our growing tech team. As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building robust backend services using the React.js framework, contributing to the development of our web applications, and ensuring the seamless integration of frontend and backend functionalities.
#### Responsibilities:
- Backend Development: Utilizing React.js for building scalable and performant backend services. This includes developing APIs, implementing server-side logic, and ensuring the services are scalable and maintainable.
- Frontend Integration: Working closely with the frontend team to ensure seamless communication and integration between the frontend and backend services. This involves translating UI changes from the frontend into backend-compatible code.
- API Development: Designing and implementing robust APIs that facilitate communication between the frontend and backend, ensuring that data flows seamlessly and securely.
- Deployment and Maintenance: Continuously improving and maintaining the backend services for optimal performance and reliability. This includes deploying services using tools like Docker and Kubernetes and ensuring that services are monitored and maintained.
#### Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and backend development using Node.js or similar languages/frameworks.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in backend development using React.js, preferably with a focus on building scalable and maintainable services.
- Experience: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization tools is an asset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Other Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and innovation.
