Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. This role will require a combination of front-end and back-end development skills, focusing on creating robust and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our users and clients. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications and websites. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless and efficient user experiences.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to create wireframes and prototypes, and translate them into working code.
- Implement and integrate new technologies and frameworks, such as React, Vue.js, and Node.js, to enhance the performance and scalability of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing clear and concise solutions to developers and project managers.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality, suggesting improvements and best practices.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, translating this knowledge into actionable insights for the team.
- Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies into existing applications.
- Contribute to the design and development of new features, following established design guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning meetings to ensure that project goals are met and that the team is on track to deliver high-quality work.
- Perform stress testing, load testing, and performance analysis to ensure that applications can handle expected traffic and user volumes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, and Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with IDEs like Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ IDEA.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular and React Native.
- Experience with cloud-based development environments and services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with design systems and design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress.
