Job Description: Lead Full-Stack Developer (React, Python, Backend, and Frontend)
#### Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. This role will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our web applications, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and meet our clients' needs. #### Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of all web applications, ensuring a high-quality user experience.

- Mentor and guide junior developers in the full-stack development process.
- Design and implement robust and scalable backend solutions using Python.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve coding standards.
- Work closely with the backend team to ensure seamless integration and data flow between the frontend and backend.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in full-stack development, frontend development, and backend technologies.
- Take ownership of the project roadmap and manage the development process effectively.
#### Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Full-Stack development, with a strong focus on React, Python, and backend technologies.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and principles, including the use of modern front-end frameworks.
- Proficient in version control systems such as Git.
- Strong understanding of security practices, including OWASP and other relevant security frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
