Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic tech team. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our digital products and platforms.
#### Responsibilities:
- Design & Implementation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improvements.
- Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable code that adheres to established coding standards and methodologies.
- Frontend Development:
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications using frameworks like React or Angular.
- Work with designers and UX experts to translate design specifications into functional, accessible, and engaging interfaces.
- Backend Development:
- Build and optimize efficient backend services using languages like Python, Node.js, or Go.
- Create secure, scalable, and performant APIs that integrate seamlessly with the frontend.
- Implement database models and design database schemas to support application needs.
- Integration & Testing:
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Documentation & Communication:
- Maintain and update detailed documentation for the development team.
- Communicate development progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and team members.
- Support & Maintenance:
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Provide support to other developers and stakeholders as needed.
- Continuously refine and improve existing systems and applications.
#### Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of database design and SQL.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools.
- Experience with front-end and backend technologies.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
