Responsibilities:

- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.

2. Optimize Campaign Performance:
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to optimize campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign metrics to provide insights to management.

3. Create and Manage Ad Campaigns:
- Design and develop ad campaigns for various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
- Monitor ad performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.

4. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging, high-quality content for our website, blog, and social media channels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and basic knowledge of CSS.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in implementing and managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of PPC advertising, including Google Ads.
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
