Job Description

Hey guys, will I be able to work abroad in the philippines and the US? I live in California but ideally, I'd love to spend 6 months here, and 6 months in the philippines(rotating back and forth). However, I'm not too sure if this is allowed or if I'll get double taxed, or get paid the same rate. Any input will help. Will do more research on this but decided to post here on the mean time..
