Wir sind ein kleines Team und bauen mit ERADIANT eine schnell wachsende Event Management Plattform auf.
Dafür suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Technical Operations & Support mit klarem Fokus auf Implementierung von Custom Lösungen für Projekte, technischen Support und Deploy-Infrastruktur.
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben:
- Technischer Support & Kommunikation: Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen oder Problemen zur ERADIANT-Plattform
- Serveradministration
- Entwicklung: Eigenständige projektspezifische Anpassungen und Planung neuer Features
- Optimierung der Support-Prozesse und Dokumentation für eine noch bessere User Experience
Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit:
- Gutes Verständnis von Datenbanken (RLS, Postgres/Supabase)
- Service-Mindset: Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kunden
- Tech-Stack: Versierter Umgang mit TypeScript, React/Next.js (oder Vergleichbarem)
- Serveradministration: Docker Swarm, Traefik
- Erfahrung im sicheren Umgang mit Production Systemen
- Webdesign: Ein gutes Auge für modernes Webdesign und nutzerfreundliches UI/UX
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (vergleichbar C2) für den Kundensupport sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise; lösungsorientiertes Denken ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Commitment: Lust, langfristig bei uns im Team zu wachsen, Commitment für mindestens 9 Monate (Übernahmeperspektive) und regelmäßige Präsenz im Büro in München

Mit ERADIANT unterstützen wir Eventmanager dabei, Veranstaltungen einfach und effizient zu planen. ERADIANT bietet Ticketing, Speaker-, Kontakt- und Programmverwaltung und -Darstellung, automatisierte Massen-Mailings sowie nahtlose CRM-Integration.
