PLACED ist ein Technologieunternehmen aus Berlin-Mitte. Wir entwickeln KI-Software für Personalvermittler:innen, die den Vertrieb ihrer Kandidat:innen besser steuern wollen. Unser Produkt hilft Teams, aus Profilen von Kandidat:innen konkrete Vertriebschancen zu machen: passende Stellen, Zielunternehmen, Ansprechpartner:innen, Kontaktdaten und vorbereitete Ansprache.

Wir suchen DICH als Werkstudent:in oder Praktikant:in im Bereich Product Testing & AI Automation. Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Gründungsteam und dem Product Team daran, neue Produktfunktionen, Datenflüsse und KI-gestützte Workflows systematisch zu testen, Fehler sauber zu dokumentieren und interne Automatisierungen für Testing und Business-Prozesse aufzubauen.

Die Rolle passt zu Dir, wenn Du gerne tief in AI Software arbeitest, sehr genau testest und gleichzeitig genug Business-Verständnis hast, um zu erkennen, ob ein Feature im Alltag unserer Nutzer:innen und Kund:innen wirklich funktioniert.

Aufgaben

Product Testing: Du testest neue PLACED-Funktionen in realistischen Workflows: von Kandidat:innenprofilen über Suchlogik und KI-Agent bis zu Leadlisten, CRM-Übergaben und Exporten.

QA und Fehlerdokumentation: Du planst und führst manuelle Produkttests durch, prüfst Output-Qualität und dokumentierst Bugs so, dass Product und Engineering sofort damit arbeiten können.

KI-Output prüfen: Du bewertest KI- und LLM-basierte Ergebnisse auf fachliche Qualität, Konsistenz, Datenlogik, Halluzinationen und praktische Nutzbarkeit im Vertrieb von Kandidat:innen.

Automations bauen: Du baust interne Automatisierungen mit No-Code-/Low-Code-Tools, APIs, Webhooks, Browser-Automation oder LLM-Agenten.

Prozesse verbessern: Du analysierst wiederkehrende operative Aufgaben und identifizierst, welche Tests, Checks oder Arbeitsschritte sinnvoll automatisiert werden können.

Zusammenarbeit im Team: Du arbeitest eng mit Gründungsteam, Product und Operations zusammen und bringst konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge ein.

Qualifikation

Du hast bereits erste Vorerfahrung im Product Testing, QA, Software Testing oder produktnahen Operations-Testing gesammelt.

Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kannst sehr präzise schriftlich dokumentieren.

Du verstehst professionelles Englisch sicher genug, um englische Produkt-, Tool-, API- und Modelldokumentation zu nutzen.

Du studierst in einem AI-, Product- oder Business-nahen Bereich, idealerweise an der Schnittstelle aus Technologie und Wirtschaft, z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data/AI, BWL mit Tech-Fokus, Product Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem ähnlichen Fach.

Du hast erste Erfahrung im Bauen von Automatisierungen, z. B. mit Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, APIs, Webhooks oder vergleichbaren Tools.

Du hast bereits praktisch mit agentic AI, LLM-Systemen, Prompting, Tool-Use, strukturierten Outputs oder KI-gestützten Workflows gearbeitet.

Du arbeitest strukturiert, erkennst Unklarheiten schnell und kannst reproduzierbare Tests aufbauen.

Du hast Lust, nicht nur technisch zu prüfen, sondern auch zu verstehen, ob ein Workflow für Nutzer:innen und Kund:innen wirklich hilfreich ist.
