Wir sind Alpine One – eine Boutique-Beratung für Executive Assessment und Leadership Consulting, Partner von Boyden. Wir arbeiten mit Führungskräften auf C-Level, begleiten Unternehmen bei der Auswahl und Entwicklung von Top-Talenten und denken HR von der psychologischen Seite her. Klein, spezialisiert, nah am Kern. Kein Konzern, kein Bullshit.

Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unser Team bei laufenden Projekten im Bereich Executive Assessment und Leadership Consulting.
  • Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung direkt in div. Back-/Mid-Office-Tätigkeiten.
  • Du recherchierst, strukturierst und bereitest Inhalte auf – für Konzepte, Präsentationen und Kundenprojekte.
  • Du begleitest die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Workshops, Off-Sites und Diagnostikprozessen.
  • Du übernimmst eigenständige Aufgabenpakete und wächst dabei sukzessive in komplexere Themenstellungen hinein.
  • Du bekommst echte Einblicke in die Arbeit mit Führungskräften auf C-Level – nah am Kern des Geschäfts, nicht im Hinterzimmer.

Qualifikation

  • Laufendes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Interesse an People Themen auf Organisations- und Individual Ebene – du weißt, warum HR mehr ist als Verwaltung.
  • Analytische Denkweise und kritisches Urteilsvermögen: Du hinterfragst Ergebnisse, erkennst Muster – und weißt, wann etwas nicht stimmt.
  • Sicherer, reflektierter Umgang mit KI-Tools – du nutzt sie als Werkzeug, nicht als Denkersatz.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Proaktive, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Lust, in einem kleinen Team wirklich etwas beizutragen
