Wir sind Blindleister. Wir verfolgen eine klare Vision: Wir machen das Stromnetz fit für 100 % Erneuerbare. Unsere Software ermöglicht es Wind-, Solar- und Batteriespeichern erstmals, ihre Blindleistung aktiv zu vermarkten. Damit lösen wir nicht nur ein technisches Kernproblem der Netzstabilität, sondern schaffen die wirtschaftliche Grundlage für ein dezentrales, grünes Energiesystem.

Wir haben seit Gründung Anfang 2025 beeindruckende Traction erzielt und suchen ab August/September einen Founders Associate als Werkstudent/in . Aufgaben

• Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsführer in allen betriebwirtschaftlichen Themen
• Vertriebsstrukturen ausbauen und optimieren
• Persönliche Kundenaquise
• Förderanträge und Finanzierung
• Automatisieren von Finanzprozessen und -strukturen
• Skalierbare Prozesse designen und implementieren

Qualifikation

• Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, VWL, Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlich)
• Interesse an Technologie, Nachhaltigkeit oder erneuerbaren Energien
• Motivation ein skalierbares Unternehmen aufzubauen und eine vollständig neue Lösung erstmalig im Strommarkt einzuführen
• Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Eigenständigkeit
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, in Wort und Schrift
• 0-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Startup oder einer Beratung
