As a Student:in Expansion, you will be the driving force behind our expansion into new cities like Dortmund, Trier, Heidelberg, and Landau. Your role will involve planning and executing our next steps in these cities, ensuring WasteSide has a perfect start.
Responsibilities
🚀 Your Responsibilities
- Launch Management: You will oversee the entire process of city expansion, from initial preparation to a successful launch.
- Team Lead: You will organize the local teams, coordinate shifts, and lead teams self-sufficiently.
- Logistics & Marketing: You will have the overview of our materials and assets, personalize marketing assets, and ensure everything is in the right place at the right time.
- Sector Partnerships: You will support the founders in communication with partners and build local networks.
Requirements

- Organizational Skills: You work extremely organized, keeping focus on multiple parallel city launches, and love to lead process coordination.
- Leadership Potential: You are assertive in dealing with people and don’t shy away from taking responsibility for leading teams.
- Experience: You bring relevant professional experience (e.g., event management, operations, or team leadership).
- Flexibility & Travel: You are mobile and ready for project days in our new cities. Autonomous: You spot tasks before they are officially described and work solution-oriented.
