Aufgaben
- Vorbereitende Buchhaltung: Du sammelst, prüfst, strukturierst Belege und bereitest alles sauber für unseren Steuerberater auf
- Angebote & Ausgangsrechnungen: Du erstellst Angebote sowie Kundenrechnungen und behältst offene Posten im Blick
- Zahlungsverkehr: Du prüfst Eingangsrechnungen und wickelst Überweisungen termingerecht ab
- Büromanagement: Du kümmerst dich um den reibungslosen Büroalltag – von der Postbearbeitung bis zur Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern
- Reise- & Eventplanung: Du organisierst Geschäftsreisen, koordinierst Termine und unterstützt bei der Planung von Team-Events
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung: Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben und bist eine verlässliche Stütze im Tagesgeschäft
Qualifikation
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in, idealerweise in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing oder einem verwandten Studiengang
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Buchhaltung oder im kaufmännischen Bereich sind ein Plus – kein Muss
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und selbstständig
- Du bist zuverlässig und vertrauenswürdig – gerade im Umgang mit sensiblen Finanzdaten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office/Google Workspace; Kenntnisse in Tools wie DATEV, Lexware oder Sevdesk von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
