• Sinnstiftende Arbeit: Du bist die direkte Schnittstelle zwischen engagierten Philanthropinnen und wirkungsvollen NGOs.
• Mitgestaltung von Anfang an: Wir professionalisieren unseren Support – du hilfst uns aktiv dabei, Prozesse wie unser Ticketsystem und das Help Center von Grund auf mitzugestalten.
• Ein Team mit Tiefgang: Du arbeitest in einem Umfeld, das Expertise aus den Bereichen Stiftungen, Impact Investing und Fintech vereint.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• NGO-Management: Du stehst im Austausch mit gemeinnützigen Organisationen, unterstützt sie bei der Registrierung und pflegst die Kontakte.
• First-Line Support: Du bist als Teil unseres Community-Teams Anlaufstelle für die Fragen unserer "Gebenden" und hilfst ihnen dabei, ihre Vorhaben digital umzusetzen.
• Aufbau & Struktur: Du unterstützt uns beim Aufbau und der Pflege unseres neuen Ticketsystems und sorgst dafür, dass Anfragen effizient gelöst werden.
• Wissensmanagement: Du hilfst beim Erstellen und Aktualisieren unseres Help Centers, damit unsere Community jederzeit Antworten auf ihre Fragen findet.
