Du brennst für Social Media, liebst kreativen Content und möchtest echte Verantwortung übernehmen? Bei Re:Drink gestaltest du unseren Markenauftritt aktiv mit. Wir suchen ein verlässliches, kreatives Teammitglied, mit Fokus auf Bewegtbild und einer starken Schreibe, das unsere Social-Media-Kanäle auf das nächste Level hebt.
Aufgaben
Deine Must-haves – Das bringst du mit
- Copywriting: Du triffst immer den richtigen Ton, hast Spaß am Texten und weißt, wie man packende Captions und Headlines formuliert.
- Erfahrung im Social Media Management, Community Management.
- Videoschnitt: Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends und kannst Videos (für Reels, Youtube) dynamisch und plattformgerecht schneiden.
- Figma & Designverständnis: Du hast bereits mit Figma gearbeitet. Du verstehst es, mit bestehenden Templates umzugehen und hast ein Auge dafür, dass unser Corporate Design und Corporate Wording immer konsistent bleiben.
- Soft Skills: Absolute Verlässlichkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich. Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Neues auszuprobieren.
Nice to have (Ein Plus, kein Muss)
- Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem Meta Werbeanzeigenmanager (Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads) sind ein großer Vorteil.

- Wohnort München: Du wohnst in München. Wir sind ein kleines Team und freuen uns, dass wir uns 2 Tage pro Woche fix im Office sehen. Die restliche Zeit kannst du flexibel remote arbeiten. (15–20 Std./Woche).
- Sprachniveau: Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf Muttersprachlerniveau (zwingend erforderlich für unser Copywriting).
- Langfristiges Interesse: Du suchst keine kurze Zwischenstation. Uns ist wichtig, dass du langfristig bei uns bleiben möchtest und idealerweise auch Interesse daran hast, dich nach dem Studium/Praktikum in eine Junior-Stelle bei uns weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du studierst Design, Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Psychologie, Medien oder vergleichbare Studienrichtung.
