Als Werkstudent Product Development (m/w/d) bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams an der spannenden Schnittstelle zwischen Business-Strategie und technologischer Umsetzung. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CTO übersetzt du strategische Visionen in konkrete, umsetzbare Konzepte für unsere Entwickler. Dadurch trägst du direkt dazu bei, dass wir skalierbare, sichere und hochmoderne Lösungen entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Pflege unserer Produkt-Roadmap für digitale Lösungen und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Business-Development-Team und externen Partnern (z. B. Technologieanbietern und Finanzinstituten) zusammen.

• Du wirkst bei der Erstellung und Priorisierung von detaillierten Produktanforderungen, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien in cross-funktionalen Teams mit.

• Du begleitest die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Design- und Entwicklungsteams, um sicherzustellen, dass Produktfeatures spezifikationsgerecht, in hoher Qualität und termingerecht umgesetzt werden.

• Du führst eigenständig Markt- und Nutzeranalysen durch, um neue Produktchancen zu identifizieren, und lieferst datenbasierte Insights zu Trends im WealthTech-Sektor.

• Du überwachst die Performance bestehender Features sowie der zugrundeliegenden Plattform und leitest Optimierungspotenziale für die Technik und die User Experience (UX) ab.

Dein Profil

• Du bist immatrikuliert in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang und hast idealerweise noch mindestens ein Jahr Studium vor dir.

• Du wohnst in der Region Rhein-Main und hast die Möglichkeit, mindestens 60 % deiner Arbeitszeit in unserem Büro in Frankfurt am Main zu verbringen.

• Du begeisterst dich für innovative technologische Lösungen und KI und möchtest Arbeitsprozesse durch intelligente Tools maximal effizient gestalten.

• Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Jira, Confluence oder ähnlichen Tools zur Backlog-Pflege und technischen Dokumentation, sowie ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Produktentwicklungsprozesse, agile Methoden (wie Scrum/Kanban) und den klassischen Softwareentwicklungs-Lebenszyklus (SDLC) sind von Vorteil.

• Du bist kommunikationsstark, arbeitest gerne im Team und kannst dich problemlos auf die Bedürfnisse verschiedener interner und externer Stakeholder einstellen.

• Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, um dich in unserem internationalen Team und mit Partnern sicher zu bewegen.
