Das Nachhaltigkeitsteam bei Code Gaia ist dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Arbeit genau den Bedürfnissen unserer Partner und Nutzer entspricht. Unser Team ist an der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung unserer Software beteiligt, liefert Ergebnisse für unsere Kund:innen, überwacht und pflegt hohe methodische Standards, bietet strategische Unterstützung und Beratung, spezifische thematische Dienstleistungen wie THG-Fortsetzungen und Unterstützung der EU-Taxonomie, Nachhaltigkeitsberichte und vieles mehr. WHAT YOU DO

• Du bist für den aktiven Umgang mit Nachhaltigkeitsinformationen und -daten für Nutzer:innen unserer Nachhaltigkeitssoftware verantwortlich
• Du arbeitest eng mit den Mitgliedern des Nachhaltigkeitsteams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass große Mengen an Nutzerdaten mit Präzision, Gründlichkeit und Aktualität verarbeitet werden, während gleichzeitig die Datenqualität und der Datenschutz beachtet werden
• Du erledigst sich wiederholende Aufgaben mit viel Liebe zum Detail, triffst aber auch eigene Entscheidungen darüber, wie Daten effizienter verarbeitet werden können, und schlägst Lösungen vor, um Prozesse zu verbessern
• Du wirst auch dafür verantwortlich sein, Möglichkeiten zur Automatisierung der Datenverarbeitung zu identifizieren und diese Möglichkeiten an die Software-Ingenieur:innen weiterzuleiten.

WHO YOU ARE

• Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Rechnungswesen, oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit
• Du bist stark in der Kommunikation und beherrschst Deutsch (C2-Niveau) und Englisch (B2 oder besser), sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, sehr gut.
• Eine dritte europäische Sprache (insbesondere Spanisch, Polnisch oder Kroatisch) wäre von Vorteil.
• Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit und Eigeninitiative mit.
• Du kannst eigenständig recherchieren, um Lösungen auf der Grundlage glaubwürdiger und wissenschaftlich fundierter Quellen zu finden.
• Du hast einen professionellen, positiven und freundlichen Kommunikationsstil, der es dir ermöglicht, mit internen Mitgliedern des Nachhaltigkeitsteams und Softwareentwickler:innen zu kommunizieren.
• Du analysierst Datensätze selbstständig und erkennst schnell Muster oder Unstimmigkeiten.
