Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle liegt dein Schwerpunkt auf den finanziellen und analytischen Prozessen unseres Portfolios, gepaart mit einem tiefen Einblick in die operative Praxis:

1. Financial Support & Controlling

• Zahlen & Reports: Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen für unsere Immobilienportfolios mit.
• Operational Finance: Du unterstützt das Finance-Team im laufenden Tagesgeschäft (z. B. Rechnungsprüfung, Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung, Mahnwesen und Cashflow-Überwachung).
• Datenqualität: Du stellst sicher, dass die finanzrelevanten Stammdaten in unseren Systemen fehlerfrei sind – denn deine Daten sind die Basis für strategische Entscheidungen.

2. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Leadership Team

• Management-Support: Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Senior Leadership zusammen und bereitest Präsentationen sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen vor.
• Sonderprojekte: Du unterstützt bei strategischen Projekten zur Optimierung unserer Kernprozesse (Core Processes).

3. Schnittstelle zum Property Management (Die operative Basis)

• Prozessverständnis: Damit die Zahlen stimmen, muss die Praxis laufen. Du unterstützt unsere Property Manager temporär im Tagesgeschäft, um operative Abläufe zu verstehen, zu strukturieren und finanzseitig zu optimieren.

Qualifikation

• Dein Fundament: Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit hohem Zahlenbezug.
• Deine Stärken: Du hast eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, denkst extrem analytisch und strukturiert. Du liebst es, Daten zu durchdringen und Muster zu erkennen.
• Deine Tools: Du bist absolut sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für neue Software- und ERP-Systeme.
