Wir sind ein E-Commerce-Unternehmen im Designbereich und entwickeln unsere Produkte von der ersten Idee bis zum finalen Serienprodukt selbst. Mit unserer Marke KAZAI gestalten wir Interior-Produkte und arbeiten täglich daran, neue Produktideen, Designs und Konzepte zu entwickeln.

Dabei spielt AI für uns eine immer größere Rolle. Nicht als Werkzeug für einzelne Bilder, sondern als Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Produktideen, Designrichtungen und kreativer Prozesse.

Deshalb suchen wir einen Werkstudenten, der Lust hat, neue AI-Workflows auszuprobieren, Konzepte weiterzudenken und gemeinsam mit uns herauszufinden, wie AI die Produktentwicklung von morgen verändern kann.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung neuer Produktideen und Designrichtungen mit Unterstützung moderner AI-Tools

• Systematisches Prompting zur Generierung von Konzepten, Moodboards und visuellen Richtungen

• Iterative Verbesserung von Prompts, Bildern und Konzeptansätzen durch Testen, Bewerten und Optimieren

• Aufbau strukturierter AI-Workflows, um effizient hochwertige Produktkonzepte zu entwickeln

• Recherche und Bewertung neuer AI-Modelle, Tools und Methoden im Bereich Design, Ideation und Creative Workflows

• Analyse von AI-generierten Konzepten hinsichtlich Designqualität, Marktpotenzial und Umsetzbarkeit

• Erstellung von Moodboards, visuellen Richtungen und ersten Konzeptpräsentationen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktdesign, Marketing und Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• Du bist eingeschriebener Student im Bereich Digitale Medien, Medieninformatik, Kommunikationsdesign, Interaction Design oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

• Starkes visuelles Gespür für Ästhetik, Trends, Proportionen und hochwertige Gestaltung

• Hohe Neugier und echtes Interesse an AI, Prompting und neuen kreativen Workflows

• Freude daran, iterativ zu arbeiten: testen, verbessern, neu denken

• Strukturierte Denkweise bei der Entwicklung und Bewertung von Konzepten

• Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Tools wie Midjourney, ChatGPT, Krea, Runway, Freepik, Firefly oder vergleichbaren AI-Anwendungen

• Interesse an Interior Design, Produktentwicklung und visuellen Trends

• Du musst nicht alles perfekt können. Wichtiger ist, dass du visuell stark bist, schnell lernst und Lust hast, neue AI-basierte Designprozesse aktiv mit aufzubauen.
